The beautiful sharp pain of a needle piercing the skin focuses the mind and travels you back to the present. The body’s natural release of endorphins begins to kick in and the response is a natural high decreasing the pain of the needles that follow. Our skin is an amazing canvas with its own unique features.
Join me to explore how to create different rythms and play different tunes while the needles create art.

The class will be on an online meeting link and contain some theory and some practical live demos. It’s not a 101. There will be sharps and maybe a bit of blood and some honest authentic responses.
