Self-care and aftercare are crucial for maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Self-care involves taking deliberate actions to prioritize our own needs, whether that be through exercise, healthy eating, or engaging in activities that bring us joy. Aftercare refers to the intentional steps we take after engaging in an activity or experience that may have been emotionally or physically taxing, such as therapy, a difficult conversation, or a strenuous workout. Both self-care and aftercare help us recharge, reduce stress, and improve our overall health and relationships. When we take care of ourselves, we are better equipped to handle life’s challenges and show up as our best selves for those we care about.
Our workshops are online and provide a safe space to have an open conversation, learn and find a community.
